Senior Project Manager – South West London
My client, an independent project management company acting for developers, landlords and occupiers of commercial property, is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work initially on two 75 sq ft approx schemes in London, one CAT A and the other CAT A and CAT B.
They also have large-scale commercial developments which need support, so ideally you will have some development experience as well as occupier fit-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of two schemes in London, including CAT A on both and CAT A / CAT B on the other.
- Collaborate with clients, developers and occupiers to ensure project objectives, timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial property development and occupier fit-out.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
