- Managing the extension and redevelopment of MFG’s 1200+ forecourt estate
- Delivering projects of £200k – £3M on time and within budget
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a high volume and high paced property development program
- Overarching responsibility for planning and managing multi discipline schemes to deliver exemplary developments from inception to completion
- Leading, managing and being part of a team
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the business needs are best met
- Cost forecasting and budget management
- Prepare investment decisions for Exec sign off
- Discharging planning conditions, detailed scheme design and tendering projects
- Liaise with relevant third parties
- Managing direct orders from suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Perform risk management throughout to flag and mitigate project risk- both legislative and financial
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issue
SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Proven track record of delivering successful schemes in high paced environment
- A record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comprehensive knowledge of contractor appointment procedure
- Strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Forecourt experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to travel
