Project Manager (Small Works) – Hybrid working | Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Vehicle/Allowance
Responsibilities
- Carrying out site surveys and assessing customer requirements
- Preparing accurate quotations for small works
- Managing projects from quotation through to completion
- Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
- Building strong customer relationships and attending site meetings
- Identifying additional works and maintaining project documentation
- Ensuring health & safety compliance throughout each project
About You
- Experience within fire & security services
- Knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control or intruder alarm systems
- Experience carrying out site surveys
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous experience preparing quotations or managing small works projects would be beneficial but isn\'t essential
