Job Summary
Verisk is a global leader in data analytics and technology, supporting insurance, financial services and other industries with market‑leading software. As part of Specialty Business Solutions (formerly Sequel), you will help deliver implementations that improve efficiency, data governance and operational control.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget results.
- Create and maintain project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Work with clients to define requirements, establish delivery plans and drive successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with consultants, product specialists, developers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Manage project governance, reporting, forecasting and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and remove risks, issues and blockers before they affect project success.
- Oversee testing, client acceptance activities, sign‑offs and transition to operational support.
- Handle change requests and project controls while maintaining client relationships.
- Provide clear status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Experience managing software delivery projects in technology, software or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance client satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Structured approach to project management and governance.
- Strong problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
Benefits & Compensation
Minimum salary $50,000 – $62,000 annually. Eligible roles may include incentive opportunities and benefits such as medical coverage, life insurance, pension plans and paid time off, consistent with local labor laws.
