We're partnering with a growing Specialty Insurance business seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support ambitious expansion plans across Europe, this is an initial 6 month contract, with intentions to be extended.
This is a high-profile role leading complex business change initiatives, market launches, and operational delivery across multiple functions.
Key requirements:
- Proven Project or Programme Management experience within Insurance
- Experience leading European market entry, country launches, or business expansion projects
- Strong understanding of the London Market and Specialty Insurance sector
- Track record delivering complex cross-functional transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Desirable:
- Exposure to Surety, Property, Construction & Engineering, or Renewable Energy lines
- Experience working with European regulators
- Additional European language skills
