About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

- Oversee site operations, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoice approvals.
- Ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Deliver final project reports and conduct post-project reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK area.
