About the Role

This role is fundamental to delivering successful digital change programmes, requiring a leader who can manage complex projects from inception to completion within a fully remote setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation projects for clients.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and scope effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a productive and collaborative remote work environment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing projects in a fully remote environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly desirable.
