About the Role
Our client, a leading property development firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects in **Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK**. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a substantial portion focused on large-scale development projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
