About the Role
Our client, a leading property development firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects in **Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK**. This role requires a dynamic individual with a comprehensive understanding of construction project lifecycles, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a substantial portion focused on large-scale development projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
