About the Role
Our client, a dynamic development company, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee a range of exciting projects from inception through to completion in **Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK**. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to final handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for developments in **Wolverhampton**.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Appoint and manage consultants and contractors, overseeing their performance and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety legislation.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve design documents, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
- A degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., RIBA, RICS, APM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management within the architectural or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, preferably in the **West Midlands**.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
