Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple civil engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders across various locations.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all project participants through regular virtual meetings and reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management within the civil engineering sector, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, or major developments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
