About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee diverse projects in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. This role is crucial for ensuring that architectural designs are translated into successful, completed projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and construction teams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from inception through to post-completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved in Newcastle upon Tyne .
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design and safety standards.

Requirements
