About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead key projects from their office in Sheffield, South Yorkshire , operating under a hybrid model. This role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of diverse infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of infrastructure projects, including scope definition, planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
