About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong communication channels.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing civil engineering projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with significant budgets and diverse teams in a remote setting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
