About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee the execution of key drug development and manufacturing projects from initiation through to completion in Bristol . You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in bringing innovative medicines to market. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GCP) and company SOPs throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of drug development processes, from R&D through to commercialization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
