Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of civil infrastructure projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Mitigate project risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, utilities, water).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools is essential.
