About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Digital Project Manager specializing in marketing initiatives to join their team in Reading . This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is a key role for driving efficiency and effectiveness in digital marketing delivery, offering a hybrid work arrangement in the thriving business hub of Reading .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing projects, including website builds, campaign launches, and content initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, content, SEO) and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage project budgets and ensure all activities are within allocated financial constraints.
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, specifically within a marketing context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (e.g., web development, SEO, content marketing, social media).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
