About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their rapidly growing Crypto & Blockchain division in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of blockchain projects, from conception and planning through to execution and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating diverse teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and successful outcomes in the fast-paced world of blockchain technology. The hybrid model supports a flexible working approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects , ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on blockchain or technology-related projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader Crypto & Blockchain landscape.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
