About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to lead key initiatives in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing blockchain projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Crypto & Blockchain landscape and a passion for bringing complex projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for blockchain initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage project team members, internal resources, and external vendors.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to all stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant portion of that experience focused on blockchain or technology projects .
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts , and the Crypto & Blockchain ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment in Wolverhampton .
