About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and organized Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee complex drug development and lifecycle management projects in Edinburgh . This role is crucial for driving projects from conception through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks, playing a key role in bringing vital new medicines to market. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing departments.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; a Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex drug development projects.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory pathways.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
