About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialist Facade Project Manager to lead challenging facade construction and refurbishment projects in the Sheffield area. This role requires expertise in facade systems, materials, and installation techniques to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to installation and completion, working closely with architects, engineers, and site teams. Key Responsibilities

Manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of various facade systems (e.g., curtain walling, cladding, roofing).
Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and implement quality control measures.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing facade construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of various facade systems, materials, and installation best practices.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Relevant technical qualification or degree in construction, engineering, or a related field.
