The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of complex civil engineering schemes from start to finish. You’ll be trusted to drive delivery across programme, commercial performance, and site execution — working closely with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners. Projects are within live operational environments, so confidence, communication, and calm decision-making are key. What you’ll bring Proven Project Management experience in civil engineering Strong background working with Scottish Water or within its delivery frameworks Experience delivering live water infrastructure projects Natural leadership ability with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management Bonus points if you’ve worked on reservoirs or water-retaining structures.
