The Opportunity Working alongside the Project Director, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of a major new-build school development from construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Take operational responsibility for the successful delivery of a major education project. Lead and manage site-based delivery teams and key subcontractor partners. Drive programme performance, quality standards and project profitability. Maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and wider stakeholders. Support strategic project planning alongside the Project Director. Produce accurate project reporting and manage delivery against key milestones. Mentor and develop emerging members of the project team. What We're Looking For Proven track record delivering major construction projects for a recognised main contractor. Previous experience operating at Senior Project Manager level on projects of significant value and complexity. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent programme and commercial awareness. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
