Are you a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of engineering projectsnot just reporting on them?
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering projects while managing a close-knit team of three Project Engineers .
This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing technical project delivery with people leadership. You'll be working closely with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to production, ensuring quality, timing and customer expectations are met.
What you'll be doing:
Leading engineering projects from concept to launch
Managing APQP-driven project delivery
Coaching and developing a team of three Project Engineers
Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Managing project timing, risk, cost and delivery
Driving continuous improvement across project delivery
We're looking for someone with:
Automotive or manufacturing project management experience
Strong APQP and product launch knowledge
Experience leading or mentoring engineers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, collaborative and delivery-focused approach
Desirable background:
Aerospace, automotive or AS9100 experience
Tier 1 or OEM customer experience
Lean, Six Sigma or continuous xehkeey improvement knowledge
Location: Keighley, near Bradford, Leeds, Skipton, Halifax, Burnley, Bury, Colne
