- Lead delivery of multiple complex engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory projects within a wider programme environment
- Manage teams of Project Managers, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and delivery performance
- Drive project controls across schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder management
- Report progress, mitigate issues, and embed continuous improvement across projects and ways of working
- Support delivery of critical programme outcomes
- Report to a Programme Manager
- Support project and stakeholder delivery activities through occasional travel
- Contribute to major programme decisions and delivery of clean energy infrastructure
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, science, project management, or a related discipline, and/or significant experience delivering large, complex projects and programmes
- Project management qualification such as APM PMQ or equivalent, or demonstrable experience leading major engineering projects
- Experience managing multiple work packages, budgets, risks, and senior stakeholder relationships within complex delivery environments
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel, Power BI, or Power Apps
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Ability to lead high-performing teams in a complex environment
- Ability to regularly attend a Rolls-Royce SMR location as required
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project and stakeholder delivery activities
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
- Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Satisfactory basic financial probity check
