*Senior Leadership reporting and communication, Status reporting with summarized progress with RAG
Overall Delivery Governance - Delivery initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
Develop and implement delivery plans, includes defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
Tracking milestone progress in terms of Design, Build, Test phases, Signoffs and Production Deployments.
Status Reporting & Key Callouts to Stakeholders, collaborating, and aligning to Customer anticipated targets.
Lead and manage a team of developers, QA, project leads and multiple other key profiles.
Work with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
Future Business Requirements – Materializing to actuals, Collating IAs, Client discussions, Costing and planning.
Identify Delivery Gaps, focus on improvements, and transformation approaches, and release deliverables to be roofed.
Resource planning – Identify resources well in advance, considering the Delivery roadmap
