Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from inception through go-live and handover
Establish clear project charters, roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and risk/issue tracking frameworks
Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparent communication
Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) tailored to project needs
Oversee project budgets, track variance, and manage resource allocation across active work streams
Plan and coordinate technology integration activities following deal closures
Collaborate with M&A deal leads and Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure IT deliverables align with broader integration milestones
Assist in reviewing tech landscapes during pre-deal or early integration phases
Coordinate operational readiness tasks to guarantee business continuity across merging entities.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of M&A lifecycles, specifically tech integrations, migrations, or carve-outs
Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent formal project management training
Demonstrated ability to manage high-visibility initiatives and communicate effectively with executives, technical architects, and vendors
Strong proactive problem-solving skills with a history of unblocking technical teams and resolving delivery friction.
