- Lead delivery of secure digital solutions in highly secure environments
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management
- Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors and business resources
- Foster open communication across teams and identify dependencies and risks early
- Apply structured and agile project delivery methodologies
- Identify problems collaboratively and develop actions and solutions
- Communicate with key stakeholders and present information through reports, dashboards and slides
- Provide contract management and supplier management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related fields preferred, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications, such as APMP, Prince2 or Agile Certification
- Strong project management, risk management and procurement management skills
- Familiarity with Scrum, Shape Up and Kanban profiles and methodologies
- Experience working in a project delivery environment
- Sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies
- Experience with tools and methods such as APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo and Scrum
- Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector
- Must have or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
- Strong problem-solving ability and motivation to continuously improve technology design and delivery
