- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) hardware projects from concept through market launch
- Own project planning, delivery, risk management and stakeholder alignment throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Programme, Engineering and Product Management to produce product development strategies aligned with Business Case and product roadmap objectives
- Create and execute project delivery plans and detailed stage plans with deliverables and review gates
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, priorities, workload conflicts and end-to-end delivery through mass production
- Identify project and programme risks and implement mitigation plans
- Estimate and track project costs and schedule, cost and quality performance measures
- Build relationships with internal project teams, stakeholders and contract manufacturing partners
- Resolve delivery issues, remove blockers and build stakeholder consensus
- Work alongside Scrum Masters to deliver software and customer experience elements of new products
- Improve project delivery processes, tools and ways of working
- Communicate project status, risks and delivery plans to stakeholders
