New Product Development (NPD) projects, you'll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge products within a highly regulated environment.

Key Duties
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, MDR regulations, FDA requirements, and internal quality processes.
- Maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and project controls.
- Drive project performance and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Degree in Science or Engineering, Project Management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a matrix organisation.
- Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and product development processes.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with international or geographically dispersed teams.
