Job Title: M&E Project Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £80K + Package
The Role:
- Manage M&E projects from concept through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant mechanical and electrical industry standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong background in delivering commercial and industrial M&E projects.
- Experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion.
- Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
- Ability to interpret M&E drawings, schematics, BoQs, and BoMs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
