You will play a key part in helping project teams work effectively and safely while contributing to continuous improvement.
Job Description
As a Project Management Coordinator, you will provide proactive administrative, organisational and technical support to ensure projects and lifecycle works are delivered efficiently.
You will work closely with the Lifecycle Programme Manager and Project Managers to maintain compliance, track progress and coordinate workplace services.
The role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will analyse data, liaise with suppliers and help maintain a safe and well managed working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day coordination to support project and lifecycle delivery
Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for compliance
Coordinate workplace services to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment
Analyse occupancy, usage and service performance data to identify improvements
Support budget tracking and resource allocation activities
Liaise with suppliers and service partners to ensure timely and high quality delivery
Facilitate internal communications to support team alignment
Maintain health, safety and incident logs to support risk management
Support ESG and sustainability initiatives within the workplace
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Working knowledge of coordinating project or lifecycle operations
Progress towards or possession of a relevant project management or technical qualification
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
Awareness of CDM Regulations 2015, the Building Safety Act 2022 and asbestos
Understand health and safety reporting processes
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
