Key Responsibilities
Lead the operationaldelivery of AdultSkills funded programmes, ensuring performance againstcontractual targets, KPIsand funding requirements.
Manage internal teamsand subcontractors todeliver high-qualitytraining, workexperienceandprogression opportunities.
Monitor programme performance, learner outcomes,budgetsand risks, providingregular reports tosenior management.
Ensure compliance withfunding rules, qualityassurance standards,safeguardingand equality requirements.
Build andmaintainstrong partnerships withemployers, JobcentrePlus, referral agencies, communityorganisationsand other stakeholders.
Overseeaccuratedatacollection, reporting andcontract compliance.
Workcollaboratively with marketingcolleagues to promoteprogramme success throughcase studies andpromotional materials.
Drive continuous improvementto maximise learnerachievementand positiveemployment outcomes.
The Ideal CandidateWill
Hold a degreeor equivalent qualification, with a recognisedproject management qualification(such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP).
Havesignificant experiencemanaging publicly fundedskills,employabilityorvocationaltraining programmes.
Demonstrate a strongtrack recordofdelivering contracts againstperformance targets, KPIsand funding requirements.
Be experienced inleading teams andmanaging subcontractorsto achieve high-quality outcomes.
Have excellentstakeholder management,communicationand organisationalskills.
Possess strong knowledgeof quality assurance, contractcomplianceandgovernment-funded trainingprogrammes.
Be passionate aboutimprovingopportunities for learnersand committed toequality,diversityandsafeguarding.
Be a proactive, solution-focused leaderwith the abilityto managemultiple priorities ina fast-pacedenvironment.
