This role is focused on innovative nature-based solutions to improve coastal water quality and reduce environmental impact.What you'll be doing:Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing cultureLead the delivery of capital projects from development through to implementationManage timelines, risks, budgets and project performanceDrive collaboration across internal teams, partners and contractorsSupport delivery of innovative, data-led and nature-based solutionsEnsure compliance with CDM, governance and safety standardsBuild relationships with stakeholders including local authorities and regulatorsContribute to programme governance and investment decisionsDrive continuous improvement and best practice deliverySupport mobilisation of new Design & Build delivery modelWhat we're looking forProven experience delivering capital projects in infrastructure or utilitiesExperience working in complex, multi-partner delivery environmentsStrong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery modelsKnowledge of health, safety and CDM regulationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlinesStrong commercial awareness and performance focusDesirable: Experience in water/environmental programmes. Knowledge of NEC contracts.
