Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global organisation within the medical devices and life sciences sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager , NPD Project Manager , Medical Devices Project Manager , Life Sciences Project Manager , or Technical Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of New Product Development (NPD) projects within a highly regulated environment. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative products from concept through to launch.

Key Duties
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk registers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, MDR regulations, FDA requirements, and internal quality processes.
- Maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and project controls.
- Monitor project performance and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Communicate project progress effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a matrix organisation.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience within medical devices , life sciences , healthcare , or diagnostics .
- Knowledge of medical device regulations, including MDR , FDA , and ISO standards.
- Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Knowledge of Agile , Waterfall , or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with international or geographically dispersed teams.
