AV Project Manager – Custom Install
I am in need of an experienced residential AV Project Manager with at least 5 years of successful delivery of bespoke high‑end AV integration projects. The projects will be based in London and the southern home counties. The client is a medium‑sized high‑end systems integrator that, due to continued growth, needs a new team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AV projects on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan project timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of profit and loss (P&L).
- Maintain project management documentation and paperwork.
- Engage with end users, interior designers, and M&E contractors.
- Lead and motivate a small team.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Home IT networking, and audio.
- Excellent knowledge of project management IT packages.
- Strong technical knowledge of high‑end custom AV install marketplace.
- Understanding of cost variations and budget management.
- Experience with bespoke high‑end AV integration projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful delivery of bespoke high‑end AV projects.
- Must be living in the UK and legally entitled to work here.
