This role requires a strong project management professional with proven experience in contract mobilisation, cross-functional governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across multifaceted travel and event environments.

- Contract Compliance: Ensure all Terms and Conditions of Services Contracts and associated Contract Schedules are fulfilled in their entirety across assigned accounts.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules tailored to sector-specific constraints (e.g., regulatory frameworks for HCP and Government, rapid mobility requirements for Energy & Marine).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, People, Technology, Legal, Procurement, and Client Services to drive alignment and execution.
- Operational Readiness: Manage project workstreams to ensure seamless transition, operational readiness, and robust testing prior to launch.

- Transition to BAU: Support and manage the structured transition of accounts from implementation into business-as-usual operations.
- Governance Frameworks: Establish clear governance structures, communication channels, and status reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders and client sponsors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal business leaders, external enterprise clients, and key industry vendors/suppliers.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate post-implementation performance, capturing key learnings to continuously refine and standardize project management playbooks across Specialty Travel and Events.
