Role Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of fire remediation and façade projects within Oak Specialist Services. You’ll oversee all stages—from pre‑construction and regulatory approvals through to completion—ensuring projects are safe, compliant, high quality and delivered on time and within budget. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, teams and supply chain partners while driving performance, efficiency and value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promote a positive, safe and inclusive working environment
- Lead project delivery from planning and BSR approvals through to handover
- Ensure compliance with CDM, safety and regulatory requirements
- Work with design and pre‑construction teams to support buildability and planning
- Coordinate teams, resources and supply chain partners to meet programme and budget
- Manage risk, cost, quality and performance across projects
- Lead reporting, meetings and communication with stakeholders and clients
- Oversee site setup, temporary works and project delivery activities
- Support commercial performance, including cost control and change management
- Ensure incidents are investigated and improvements implemented
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across projects
Experience & Requirements
- Relevant construction qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
- CSCS (Manager level) and ideally working towards CIOB membership
- Experience in fire remediation, façade or cladding projects
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance standards (incl. BSR)
- Experience managing subcontractors, clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project systems, reporting tools and document control
- Knowledge of NHBC processes (desirable)
