HVAC Project Manager required for a highly successful Mechanical Contractor supporting Tier 1 construction clients in London.
Salary: Flexible depending on experience. Annual bonus based on individual performance.
Hours: Flexible. As long as your 40 hours are completed and projects are tracking, you have autonomy of flexible hours.
Required: A minimum of 2 years HVAC Project Management experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of large‑scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts from pre‑construction to handover.
- Projects range from £500K to £5M in value.
- Field‑based role, mainly working on sites across London using the company travel card.
- Manage site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines.
- Ensure HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases.
