The Role
Senior Project Manager | Oxfordshire (near Banbury) | Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm | £55,000 per annum Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Formula One, live events and delivering exceptional client experiences? Our client is a leading creative and production agency specialising in world-class sports environments, experiences, and hospitality. Based in Oxfordshire, they work with some of the biggest names in global sport, delivering outstanding live experiences that combine creativity, precision, and passion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day client lead for all Formula One hospitality projects, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
- Manage all project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initial brief through to post-event debrief
- Liaise with internal creative, production, and delivery teams to coordinate design, build, and logistics requirements
- Oversee creative deadlines, spatial planning, and operational documentation
- Ensure brand consistency and exceptional delivery standards across all touchpoints
- Attend selected races to oversee on-site delivery and manage client expectations
- Report regularly to the Head of Client Services on project progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Support continuous improvement in processes, communication, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Essential
- Proven experience in project or account management within a creative, experiential, or production agency
- Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable travelling internationally and working occasional weekends during the race season
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Desirable
- Previous experience in sports, motorsport, or premium hospitality environments
- Understanding of live event logistics and international production workflows
