This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.The role holder will report to the Senior Project Manager at Speke / Knowsley Schools and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of work on site, delivered to the highest standardsWhat will you deliver?Small works Project Management, ensuring all Projects are managed, operated and completed with uncompromised efficiency, on time and to budget. Supporting Project Managers with Lifecycle when required.Liaison with all relevant parties involved with Projects, including working with the Client to interpret and develop a brief/scope of works in order to manage the Authority Notice of Change (ANC) and Small Works Request (SWR) achieving sign off prior to works commencement, planning, during the works and through to completion.To obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
