Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery and implementation of national, regional and local initiatives led by the SBD team to enable the NHS to implement infrastructure objectives aligned to the NHS Long Term Plan.
This role contributes to developing CHP's Strategic Business Development function and the CHP 5-year strategy around optimisation of estate, working with internal regional teams and system partners to transform ideas into investable schemes
