Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

Previous experience in an IT support, infrastructure, field engineering, or technical services role is a key requirement.
Practical understanding of Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint setup, backup, security, and infrastructure projects.
Comfortable translating technical detail into clear updates for clients and internal teams.
Confident working with engineers and holding them accountable for project tasks and deadlines.
Able to understand technical project requirements and challenge whether work has been completed properly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and updates.
Keep clients informed on project progress.
Manage Microsoft 365 migration, server, and infrastructure projects.
Prepare project documentation and handover notes.
Review technical progress with engineers to ensure project tasks are completed correctly.
Monitor project budgets and time allocation.
Update project records in internal systems.
Support project communication between teams.
Ensure handovers are completed properly.
Identify improvements to project processes.
Coordinate project engineers and hold them accountable for agreed actions, updates, and deadlines.
