Randstad CPE, partnering with a leading Tier-1 contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver a flagship education scheme in Southampton. You will own the site from pre-construction to handover, drive the master programme, and lead a multi-disciplinary team on a high-profile local framework project.
You must have a Tier-1 track record in education builds, be fluent with Asta Powerproject and JCT Design & Build, and hold CSCS Black Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
