In your full-time position, you will work directly with AVPs and product teams on IT projects, focusing on SaaS solutions. Your role is pivotal in evaluating project stages, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring all projects align with Equisoft's strategic goals. You'll influence business process improvements through your insightful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of project development and implementation
• Identify resource needs and handle project tasks
• Track progress and maintain deliverable quality
• Facilitate customer interaction and project approval
• Lead teams and oversee communications with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related fields
• 10+ years' experience in IT projects within SaaS environments
• PMP or Scrum Master credential
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP implementation
• Proficiency in French and English communication
