The Technical Project Manager coordinates the delivery of application integration services across technology and business stakeholders. The role manages milestones, plans, dependencies, risks, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and acceptance activities to ensure that application onboarding and readiness objectives are achieved on schedule.
Key Responsibilities.
- Mobilize the engagement and establish delivery governance.
- Coordinate discovery sessions with technology and business system owners.
- Maintain the integrated delivery plan across AIS, EDC, MA-NIS, and EZ Support Desk.
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Coordinate activities involving security, data lifecycle, network, access management, and service desk teams.
- Monitor readiness against business-defined controls and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare status reports, steering committee materials, and milestone updates.
- Coordinate stakeholder signoffs and transition activities.
- Ensure unresolved high-severity, critical-path, or blocking issues are escalated and managed.
Primary Deliverables.
- Integrated project and milestone plan.
- Status reports and governance materials.
- RAID logs and dependency tracking.
- Stakeholder action and decision logs.
- Milestone acceptance packages.
- Final delivery and transition status reports.
Qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology, application integration, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
- Experience managing projects across multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience preparing status reports, governance materials, action logs, decision logs, and acceptance packages.
- Experience coordinating stakeholder reviews, approvals, signoffs, and transition activities.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project-management tools.
- Strong facilitation, organization, escalation, and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor delivery against acceptance criteria and business-defined controls.
Preferred qualifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing work involving application security, network infrastructure, data governance, or service desks.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of ITIL and technology service-transition practices.
