Our client is a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA,providing 24-hour response to the personal and property needs of homeowners andcommercial businesses overcoming the devastating property setbacks inflicted byfire, flood, wind and other perils.
Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manage you would be required to managermultiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation forresidential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crewsand equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjustersand clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage allcontracts.
Requirements
Qualifications
Professional qualifications and experience required for thejob are as follows. A minimum of two years experience with disaster restorationcontracting. Extensive understanding of insurance claims as they relate torestoration. Residential estimating experience with a home builder, renovatoror restoration company. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Computer literate; Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
Remuneration
65,000-75,000 per year (dependingon experience) plus Bonus, vehicle and health benefits.
