In this pivotal role within Houle's Service Division, you'll lead projects from estimation through to completion, managing budgets of up to $2 million. Collaborating with a skilled team, you'll focus on building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent project execution. This role calls for an assertive individual with two years of relevant experience, ready to tackle challenges and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to identify new business opportunities
• Estimate costs for service and project work
• Prepare and submit tenders and change orders
• Review contracts to protect interests and ensure compliance
• Manage project financials, including billing and procurement
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in project management or estimating
• Experience with estimating software preferred
• Strong detail-oriented mindset and organization skills
• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
