Lead impactful healthcare projects as a Process Improvement Project Manager. This role focuses on enhancing operations through effective collaboration in Milwaukee and Fox Valley.
In this key position, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. Your expertise will help identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and promote a culture of execution and teamwork among diverse stakeholders. You’ll work systematically to develop charters and performance metrics while coaching teams toward success.

• Develop and manage project charters and workflows
• Identify and implement process improvement strategies
• Facilitate workshops to drive team collaboration
• Track milestones and manage associated risks
• Report on success metrics to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or engineering-related field
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of project management success
• Excellent communication skills for all stakeholders
• Skilled in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and meeting facilitation
