Shape H&R Block’s financial services as a Senior Project Manager based in Calgary, working in a hybrid setting. Lead significant IT projects through their entire lifecycle.
In this role, reporting to the Director of Delivery Services, you will define project scopes, manage budgets, and conduct status meetings. Successful candidates will bring over 10 years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to financial systems projects and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document project goals and deliverables
• Oversee detailed project planning and resource management
• Conduct regular meetings to track project progress
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and conflict resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in project management
• History of leading financial system projects
• Knowledge of ERP system implementation preferred
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Effective communicator in English, French an asset
