This position demands over 7 years of experience in Owner’s Representative Project Management, overseeing projects of $2M and more. You’ll be responsible for managing diverse phases, developing project processes, and fostering a collaborative culture. Your role will also include analytical performance tracking and effective client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer timely support to the Western Canada Team
• Lead daily management for major capital projects
• Oversee multiple project phases and ensure quality
• Enforce negotiated contracts and drive accountability
• Problem solve and track performance indicators focused on excellence
Requirements:
• 7+ years as an Owner’s Representative Project Manager
• Experience with capital projects exceeding $2M
• Strong client relationship skills and team leadership
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Project
